I painted the nursery on Monday. It looks great! But I can't show you all until I get home, I have a hard time posting pictures on here when I am at work. One wall is painted purple vertical stripes and the other wall is painted a solid light lime green.
I found these on etsy which I think I am going to buy for one of the unpainted walls.
And
I'd like to get this decal to put over her crib. It will be on the green wall so the font will be purple.

Everything is slowly coming together! I just hope she stays a she at our anatomy scan!
Re: Nursery Decor
I love it! The colors are great. Purple and green were you wedding colors too.
You are way ahead of me. We still have all of our guest room furniture in our nursery. We only have a two bedroom so we'll be loosing the guest room. However, I was thinking of leaving the bed in there. Not sure if there will be enough room though.

Amity, I love it!! Both the quote and those pictures. And your color scheme!
Tara, we lost our guest room as well. And I'd have to go back through my updates but I don't think we got rid of our stuff until around 20 weeks. Then we didn't get the crib right away. You've got time!
We've got the crib, changing table, and other items at my in-laws house. Problem is they live an hour away. I'm not sure if we are going to rent a truck or take everything apart and lug it all in my car and DH's car. We are not good at putting things together. So my choice is to rent a truck or a Uhal trailer.

Am, I love it!!!! I hope that she is indeed a girl!
Tara- you are better off renting the truck. THey are close to the same price, and you don't have to worry about loosing the trailer, or having to go the slow suggested speed to carry them either.
