Where did you register? What are must-have items for it? I'm started mine at Babies R Us, Target, and TheGlassBabyBottle.com. I feel like I have a lot of items on mine. I think I will only have about 20 people coming to my shower.

I registered at Target and Babies R Us. We really don't have any other chains around here. Just smaller stores which don't work we'll for a registry as most of my family doesn't live here.
I've got about 60 items or so on my target registry from a breast pump to some nursery furniture. I've also got safety stuff like outlet plugs and cabinet latches on there. Bottles, pacifiers, bumpo, monitor, baby gate, a carrier since I want to baby wear.
My BRU registry has about 40 items. It's mainly toys, books, the travel system I want, diaper bag, ect. I think I have a few outfits on each along with diapers, wipes, and all the creams and ointments. I tried to stay away from clothes and blankets. I know people are going to pick that stuff out on their own.
The toys and outfits are extra things. Most everything on my registry is stuff I want either from what others have told me or that I've read good things about. If you search my name I know you can find my target registry online if you want to see what I put on it. I assume you can do the same at BRU online.

I did. I have a variety of 0-3, 3-6, and 6 month sizes.
