We're going to H's cousin's wedding next weekend. It's an evening wedding, church ceremony and hotel ballroom reception.
I bought two dresses:
Black/white: click
Navy: click
H likes the black/white one better. I'm leaning towards the navy one. I'm struggling with what I want because I feel like the navy would make me look older/sophisticated, which is something I feel like I don't do but should. SIL's wedding last year I wore a green dress with brown polka dots and after I felt like I looked like a kid in the pics.
Help?
Re: Help dress me
Sorry, fixed it!
Here are pics of me wearing them:
ETA: Holy crap it's a pain posting pics.
You can also see my haircut. I asked for shoulder-length and that's what the lady did! Oh well. My hair will be straightened like that for the wedding since that's about all I can do with it.
I like the navy better. It looks "fancier" to me, and I feel like evening weddings are fancier normally.
Side note - I have a dress very similar to the navy, but in black and I love it! I wear it all the time!

I agree with the Navy! Also, you will probably get a lot more wear out of it with school or other events!
ETA: It also definitely achieves the "sophisticated" look more than the first!
