Actually really good - just tired and sometimes panicked at the thought of having twins! I have had lots of spotting on and off since 7 weeks. It is always disconcerting to see, but I am learning not to get too freaked out about it. I have had 3 US so far and everything has been good. My NT scan is Monday afternoon so I think I will feel more confident after that!
