That was fast!
We told our family this weekend that we will be moving to another town an hour or so away for Dh's job and they were excited but a little down about it because we won't be so close when the baby is born.
Well one of my cousins called me and asked me how much we wanted for our place. We weren't even going to put it on the market for a few weeks yet because we have a few updates and things we want to do first. Well she said she has a friend who wants to come see it tomorrow! I told her that it wont be in showing condition but we will do our best. She said that is fine this couple is getting married in a month and a half and want to buy a house in our little town before then! They have already looked at all the houses that are for sale and they are way out of their price range but ours is in the right price range and location!
Now I need to work extra hard to get this house in showing condition. Thank goodness my family lives so close it is time to call them in to help
