Today is my first day back to work after being sick all week. I wish I would have stayed in bed 
I get into our parking lot at 6:30 and it has 3 inches of ice covering the entire thing. Apparently there was a water main break yesterday afternoon in the parking lot and it froze overnight. Don't you think they'd salt/sand it when everyone had left for the day last night....nope. I skated the 100 yards to the front door and had to use every car on my way to keep me from falling. Yay city of Philly.
Thank God it's Friday tomorrow!

The ice is crazy. our Assoc didn't put salt down - they shoveled, but no salt. So our sidewalk was a sheet of ice.

And jeez, ice is no joke. I almost wiped out 2x leaving damien's apartment this morning because they shoveled one part of the sidewalk and not the other. I was like ok cool. Idiots, I swear. The city of Philly is fanfreakingtastic!
