Re: AT&T GRRRRR!
I feel ya!
I've been so loyal to them - - I've been with them when they were Pac Bell, then Cingular & now ATT &T. I really don't want to switch to another carrier, but twice this week, we had such crappy signals (just yesterday, I couldn't reach MH for an hour!) We are seriously thinking of changing to Verizon bc of that.
Years ago I switched from AT&T to Verizon and was much happier. I'm only with Sprint now because it was what G had when we combined plans. (but I liked Verizon better) stupid boys.
Yeah, I'd consider other carriers. I left AT&T for T-Mobile years ago and never looked back.
When H left AT&T they kept sending bills for months for cancelled services and other crap. They were ridiculous.
we got so fed up with at&t. they kept having "towers go down" so we would have no service for a whole day.
We switched to verizon as well and have much better service. plus my whole fam has verizon so it makes it even cheaper?
You won't hear good things about them from me! Well, okay, their service is good, but getting a hold of customer service is a pain. A couple of weeks ago I was trying to get a hold of them and I got hung up on 6 times in a row (I gave up after that).
I still don't know why I suddenly can't send or receive pictures on my blackberry, but I don't want to waste anymore time with customer service!
