Octuplet Mama
Did anyone see the recent news about her? Apparently she was living with her parents and her six kids while she was preggers with the babies. Her mom said that her daughter is young...what is young? The girls' mom has a 5 year old, a 3 year old and 2 year old twins, so her mom can't be that old. The girl who had the octuplets has a 7year old and a 6year old, so she's got to be at least 20...lol.
It seems like something is going on here. Maybe they're polygimists and the daughter is really her sister wife. Maybe I'm just bored and ready to go home.

Ha ha...Some woman just had 8 kids with fertility drugs and she already had six of her own at home. And by home I mean the place where she lived with her mom and dad and their 4 toddlers. Just an odd story.

Leiakat- that has been bothering me! throughout all the articles Ive read there is no mention whatsoever of a father. Even when they were first born reports just said mom is fine, nothing about proud "parents"
I was reading this morning that her dad was telling reporters they werent going to be able to find them, that they have a big house somewhere and they wont be able to find them there. WTF?
I heard the father works in Iraq (not that he's deployed, but he works for a contractor or something) which is why they were with her parents.
It just gets more and more odd.
Someone that knew her supposidly called an area radio station in Cali and said that she is planning on selling her story...
.I saw a post about it on the BOTB board...I hope to God that is incorrect info...i also don't understand going through IF treatments when you already have 6 kids at home?!? It's none of my business how many kids someone has but it just seems like extreme measures to go through if you are already blessed w/soooo many kids already...

She saw where all those kids got Jon and Kate and well, maybe she wants to get on that gravy train, too!
But, honestly, I can't imagine having 8 babies at one time PERIOD let alone 8 babies with 6 other kids at home. I hope Dad is making boatloads in Iraq...they're going to need it!
I am so confused by this story!!! Does the girl that had the 8 babies have 6 kids or does she only have 2 and her parents have 4?
I"ve heard so many different versions and the whole thing is nuts!!! If she has 2 or 6 or whatever amount of kids why would she need to do IVF and what Dr. in gods name would implant 8 embryos!!!!
This morning they said she had IVF, but like pp said, what dr did that! That is just immoral and has to be unethical. I have also read speculation that she did injectable IF meds and was not under the supervision of a dr or purposely took the meds and then BD in order to have multiples. That is the rumor I have heard. I also did hear that she is trying to sell her story.
The fact is, nobody knows ANY facts other than a woman in CA had octuplets, other than that everything else is speculation. But it does bring up alot of issues and I am sure there will lots of scrutiny by the uneducated public about IF treatments now.
This whole story is mind boggling. I can't wait for the real story to come out, sooo bizarre!
And Izzy, you have to come tonite if you can! I've been running a fever all day if it makes you feel any better LOL
