Back to Square One...
So we're back to square one looking for a house. THe one we loved just didn't work out and we couldn't agree on a price with the sellers once we put our offer in and they countered.
I've got 4 to go look at this afternoon with our agent. I hope I find something soon!
My 2 best friends in Maryland both just found out their offers got accepted last night... I'm bummin' big time now (but happy for them!).

I'm sorry the last one didn't work out.
It just means there is something better out there. That happened to us last week and that is the outlook I'm taking.
DH and I have been looking since October and can not find anything. It's so hard to find something you like and than not get it.
Well.... we found one. But it's up in Halifax, and I don't know if I'm ready to make the move to the country...
It's gorgeous, I just wish it was in Lower Paxton or Hummelstown!
The better part of me says to put an offer in on it because it really is the PERFECT house. Do I really want a 35-40 minute ride to work every day???
