What are you all doing for the game? I am surprised that DH is allowing us to have friends over. I thought he'd want to watch alone so he could really focus

We are having a SB party complete with pierogies and "cardinal" wings and other football munchies. I just iced my black and gold cupcakes and we have to run to Eat n' Park to pick up some black and gold smiley cookies.

HERE WE GO!!!
We're hosting a party - I prepped yesterday, so my work today is minimal. I have to go put the chili in the crockpot, and prepare pudding shots (the "black" half of our shots offerings - a friend is bringing pineapple jello shots for the "gold" half!). I have Steelers cupcakes ready, and beer bread... and everything else is being brought by friends!
On a funny note, DH decided that ONE TV was not enough for the event - one of his best friends is bringing over his 40" to join our 40", and while ours is in the living room like always, his buddy's is going in our dining room. Because didn't you know? Making like Best Buy and surrounding yourself with TVs is clearly the way to watch the SB!
Coincidentally, DH bought a new TV this week (just upgrading in size, because apparently 40" isn't big enough) and was severely disappointed to realize it wouldn't be here in time for the game - guess this is what prompted the need for his friend's TV, too?

That is hysterical about the TV's!! We'll be watching at home. I'll be putting the crack dip stuff in the crockpot later and we're having burgers on the grill. GO STEELERS!! When we were out earlier this morning a house down from us were putting black and gold streamers in the trees in front and had a huge Terrible Towel decorating the front window and they were already facepainted up. Our neighbor is using her Terrible Towel as a garden flag to show her Pittsburgh pride!
Haha... when we lived in our apartment and had white walls, my dad would bring over a projector to project the SB on the wall... because everyone needs to watch the game on GIGANTO TV screens.
