so sorry to hear that you hurt your knee.. that really sucks.. especially when you are already limited with what you were allowed to do with it.
I ate breakfast everyday last week (huge for me, im terrbile at it) and did really well with my work outs during the week.. but Im not good at all about workign out on weekends. I think its because DH is around, and I hate doing it in front of him. he can be such a PITA. And then there was yesterday, I ate and drank waayyy too much!
i weighed myself, even though I knew it wasnt going to be pretty.. I gained a pound this week.. which isnt horrible, but not good either.
This was not a good week - starting with Wed, I haven't been eating well and I only worked out one day this week. I gained 1.5lbs
How do I get the motivation to work out?!!
