If you watched the Super Bowl half time show last night:
1) What did you think of Bruce's performance?
2) Do you like the 'classic rock' acts that have been booked for the half time shows lately, or are you ready for pop music to be back?

1. Bruce rocked. He looked like he had so much fun up on stage that it really made people enjoy him.
2. If it means I don't have to see Justin Timberlake grabby someone's boob then I don't care. The classic rock acts are more about the music and getting the crowd involved. The other new pop acts are more about the special effects.
1. I thought Springsteins performance was awesome.. he sure is bendy for an old man.
2. I have been liking the 'classic rock' acts the past few years. even though the past few years the peformers have been of an older generation, (paul mcartney, tom petty, bruce) they are still current, and releasing new material.
1. I thought Bruce rocked too. I thought it was pretty funny when he plowed into the camera guy. I was pretty pissed off at one of my coworkers this morning. She said that he looked old and showed his age b/c he was all out of breath and sounded horrible. I just thought he was having a good time...
I'm trying to get effing tickets now, but the system is being so stupid!
2. I'm fine with classic rock acts
1.) I really liked it.
2.) I think the classic rock acts more fit the spirit of the event. Plus they appeal to a wider age range, which you are going to have watching the game.
I only watched the half time show and the commercials. I turned it off when the actual game was on!
1. I liked it, I think Bruce ROCKED and was really having a good time.
2. I think the Classic Rock acts are more about TALENT, music and enthusiasm, the other shows were to full of special effects, sex and NO TALENT!

1. ?I really liked Bruce last night, although I really don't like/like him. He's just ehh for me haha.?
2. I enjoy the classic rock acts right now, but wouldn't mind seeing a collaborative effort as well. Music through the years or something, or a really fabulous "never would have thought to put the two together" act. It could definitely be awesome.

2) Yes, I do like the classic rock stuff better. I'm not really a fan of most of the to 40 pop stuff that's been around the last few years and definitely prefer people who can play their own instruments!
1. I thought it was good. More my paren'ts generation than mine but I can appreciate Bruce.
2. I like classic rock but a mix of classic and pop would be cool. Just as long as I don't have to see Janet's nipple.
Bruce was awesome! I'm a big fan so I was super excited that he played...I watched a whole show on the 1/2 time entertainment and how it's chosen...a lot of that is based on the state of the country. B/c of the economy and how many people are out of work Bruce it the "every american" blue collar man..I thought it was very fitting..
I also enjoy classic rock over pop music so I'm partial.

The half time show was the only part of the superbowl I didnt watch. We had it on for a few seconds and decided to channel surf. We ended up watching the puppy bowl.
Normally I love classic rock, but not a Bruce fan. I dont mind what they put on. If I dont like it I will just change it. I also loved Prince's half time show last year.
