What to do with chicken for lunch?
H put out 2 chicken breasts for me to make for lunch. I don't know what to do with them though. Any suggestions?

I was just going to suggest doing a salad! Or you could do a chicken quesadilla. I think the salad option it the better idea though.
I have steak salad for lunch. I can't wait!
I suggested a chicken quesadilla for lunch and he said no. Not healthy enough. And I just checked and we're out of lettuce.
I found this and will try it. But just use my chicken instead.
