i hate costco...
i just wanted to say that i am dreading my trip there this afternoon...
i have to buy 20 lbs of beef, 100 garbage bags, some hangers, 4 qts of soy sauce, and milk, .
at least i have my little helper to keep me company.

When Alex and I were in college and poor, we would go to costco (he had his mom's card) and eat all their samples for lunch. Sadly, we had the card confiscated after a few months bc it wasnt his and it had exprired. They took it and wouldn't even give it back to us to come in and eat more samples.
Oh the life of college students...
That is such a random shopping list! I have to ask, is this something specific that you need 20lbs of beef, and 4 qts of soy sauce or are you just stocking your freezer?

but that is why i hate costco...i cannot buy smaller portions! who the hell needs 4 qts of soy sauce!!

I have to admit I love Costco. Like it much better than Sams Club. It's close to where I work and I prefer to go there on weekdays. The weekends there is a total zoo. I was there last night and spent $127.59.
I love that they have coupons and also mark things down, unlike Sams where they rarely mark things down. I bought two things last night that had 'instant coupons' - Skinny Cow desserts and Danon Lite & Fit yogurt. They also do rebates sometimes and many of their Costco.com items include free shipping.
And their new thing is that if you have coupons from the booklet they only have to scan one coupon now and the cash registers are programmed to deduct all of the coupons from that coupon booklet automatically.
