I made your BBQ chicken from last week, I used thin sliced breasts and it became really dry in the crockpot, but the sauce was tasty!!

LOL...omg Ang this has not been a good week. My brain has not wrapped itself around the concept that it's already February and work is not helping because I'm so swamped with creative flyers and promotional things to design. I shouldn't even be on here now...but I needed a break after teaching.
I actually tried something new last night but its not anything exciting (although Brad loved it)...
I did 3 chicken breasts (just in olive oil on the stove on low heat) then chopped them up and put them in my square baker with cooked bow-tie pasta, chopped yellow pepper, sugar snap peas, parmesan, little mozzarella, sprinkle of breadcrumbs, italian seasoning, then coated it with italian dressing and baked it in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes or so. I'm not real creative this week...I'll have to do better next week

I'll have to copy that one down. I think you should start a blog and share your recipes there so we all can access it when we need a fresh idea.
I have turkey breast filets for dinner tonight...have to come up with something good!
LOL...then I would probably have to pay more attention when I cook since I do a lot of random "ah let's just throw this in and see what happens".

I feel for you on that one...I'm lucky that Brad will eat just about anything I put in front of him. My friend Meg though her DH is like Scott!
