What's witht he homebuyer tax advantage?
Did they pass the $15,000 tax advantage!!! and if so who is it for? I also heard that they are going to be lowering intrest rates for 30 yr fixed mortgages to 4%. I hate that all new home buyers are getting all the benefits but those who bought two years ago when homes were at their highest aren't getting anything. So they get a nice home for dirt cheap and a $15,000 credit....Not fair!!!!

It's not really a credit. It's a loan that has to be paid back over 15 years.
