cooper ivf
is cooper always this disorganized? i had a post coital last night, although it was way too early for it to provide any good information. a staff member took me back to an exam room and told me to drop trow, and then i sat in the room for 45 MINUTES before a nurse popped her head in and claimed that no one told her i was in here. i was soo annoyed. a simple b/w, u/s, and postcoital test wound up taking almost 2 hours.
i have to go back 2xs on saturday. first to get in before the blood run, then the earliest u/s appt. i could get was at 11:15 for the u/s...so, i give blood, go home, come back and do u/s and post coital. is it always like this? how do you deal with it during the work week...do you have to give blood in the morning, and then come back in the evening for an ultrasound? yeesh!

That does suck! But it also surprises me... they've been great so far for me (knock on wood...)!
I try to get there before 730-8ih and am usually in and out for my bloods... getting an early ultrasound is dependent on when they call you with your results. The early slots fill up fast!
Sorry you had a crappy appointment and I hope it was just a fluke thing!

I always have to go in twice. I am a teacher so I have to go in for b/w early to make it to work on time and then get the ultrasound in the afternoon/evening.
Sorry to hear about your appointment. I can't believe they forgot about you. I just got back from mine. They did not do the post coital because they said it was too early. I have to go back again Monday in the morning for b/w and the afternoon for ultrasound and post coital. Unfortunately, this is the only way I can make my appointments because of my job so I understand how frustrating it is to have to go twice in one day.
