I promise I will stop posting news articles but as you can tell I am catching up on the news...haha! A staggering cut of 598,000 jobs??? I am a little nervous to finish school and resign from work in the event that I won't be able to find employment....eek!!
Re: the recession....
Ohhh and a panel also found that 78 billion dollars was overpaid to the banks in the recent bailout plan!! Good lord...when will the madness end?
I don't mind the articles - it's helping me procrastinate : )
I know, this recession is really scary. It makes me nervous too, because I'm going to be taking a pretty big paycut in the Fall if I get a teaching job. But my company is laying off 3,000 people (globally) and we have salary freezes. So it's not like I'm moving up here.
I can't even watch the news about that stuff. It makes me have serious anxiety.
It makes me want to hide the (little bit of ) money we have under a matteress!
