Is Elizabethtown school district a good

school district? Has anyone gone there/live in the area? My in-laws have 22 acres and are giving us 2 acres to build a house on. We don't want to move and build the house if the school district isn't decent.

Thanks

Re: Is Elizabethtown school district a good

  • I think so.  I graduated from there ('79), my ex-husband did (80) and my daughters all did (01, 04, 08).  So I think it's pretty good.
  • It's a good district with plenty of resources, I think. We will likely move back to Etown or to Hempfield for our kids to go to school.

I graduated from there in 2000 and so did my Dad. Do you know which elementary school you'd be going to? They are actually planing a few changeups with that soon.

  • Laureen, maybe I know your daughter who graduated in 01.
