where should I get DS pro pics done?
DH and I want to get pics done of Adam asap. Any reccomendations of where we should go? we are in the Mt Laurel/Cherry Hill area

My sister saw this ad on Craigslist and had the woman come to her house yesterday to do newborn pics. She hasn't gotten the proofs back yet, but she said she really liked her, the poses were adorable and everything seemed to go well. Her portfolio is small, but it's decent.

I reccomended Melissa for the McJeep family, if you check out the blog you can see my daughter Olivia's newborn shoot. As usual Melissa did a gret job! LEt me know if you want her contact info! She is in Williamsown -- not super close to your area, but easy to get to - it's a straigh shot down 295 and onto the pike/42 South.
There's a Nestie named Amy Ro, you'll see her copyright on a lot of people's sigs. She shot my cousin's son and the pics turned out amazing.

I used Julie for my wededing, she does great work! We would have used her for DD's pics but it would have been pretty pricey.
i have to b e honest, before you go anywhere, I STRONGLY suggest you do your research. Ask for referrals if you need to. These days, it is SO easy to call yourself a photographer. Anyone can get a camera, shoot on auto, throw some pics on a website (pics that might not even be their own) and there you have it....a "professional photographer". It is just too common these days. I have to tell you, I have at least a client a week tell me some horror story about their so called photographer - either the pics were horrible, they never received the finished product, or the finished product was a mess.
Please, please, please do your research. These are your once in a lifetime memories.
