Weekend trip ideas?
The H and I are looking to take a weekend trip in March just to get away and spend some quality time together. We are looking for something in driving distance and also where we could ideally use our starwood reward points (westin or sheraton hotels mainly). We would rather not do NYC (grew up near there) or Baltimore (I went to college in Baltimore). Anyone have any ideas? I am completely drawing a blank!

How about somewhere in Massachusetts? Cape Cod is about a 5 or so hour drive. Anywhere in New England would be an easy drive.

Funny--I was actually thinking Lancaster but didn't know if it was an odd place to go on a "romantic getaway." There are outlets there and since there is not too much to do, we could just enjoy doing nothing without any distractions.
DC or Williamsburg.
We also went to the casinos before in CT--foxwoods & mohegan sun (like a 5 hr drive)
DC is great. You know they'll have Westin and Sheratons there. All the "activities" are free and don't we have a nestie moving there soon? She could probably give you all the "hot spots" for meals.
PS you can take the train from Wilimington DE too so no car travel.
