The baby's bili levels came out high, so we had to have a bili-blanket delivered to us at home so he can 'bake'. Guess how much it would have cost out of pocket if our insurance didn't cover it?? $975.50 PER DAY!

And Leann - WOW. Thank goodness for insurance. I don't know how much it was to have Eric in the NICU for a week, but I know if we didn't have insurance, we would be screwed!

I have hospitalization 100% covered with Kaiser so Mary was free. I kept waiting for them to ask me to pay something and then I got home and realized it was free.
