Re: SJ Quishies Monday Check-In, Week 6
Holding steady this week at 6.5 lbs lost .
I ate horribly yesterday and today though. Aside from the cookie I ate yesterday, I didn't eat anything else until about 6pm, when I had pasta with the inlaws. The sauce was homemade and waaaaay acidic. I knew as I was eating it, I'd regret it.
Woke up with a stomach ache and my first thought was "oh no...maybe I got the bug", but nothing came of it and I remembered the tomato sauce. I did drink water instead of coffee all day, but I wasn't in the mood to eat much.
Not eating today tends to = binge eating later, which = not good.
Back on track tomorrow!
