Re: SJ Quishies Monday Check-In, Week 6

  • No changes here, still haven't weighed in since I've been taking it easy on my knee.
  • I was a bad squishie last week, I didnt work out once Embarrassed  i also forgot to weigh myself this morning, but i cant imagine it would have been a positive experience.
  • I'm not on the list, I think I started luring on this board to late to join but I lost 3 lbs. Not really sure how I did it but I'm happy about it. I want to lose 10+ by the time I go to Fl (April 23)

  • I have no clue how much I weigh right now!!  I did yoga over the weekend though.  However, I am so out of shape that my body is actually sore right now.....haha!
  • Holding steady this week at 6.5 lbs lost .

I ate horribly yesterday and today though. Aside from the cookie I ate yesterday, I didn't eat anything else until about 6pm, when I had pasta with the inlaws. The sauce was homemade and waaaaay acidic.  I knew as I was eating it, I'd regret it.

Woke up with a stomach ache and my first thought was "oh no...maybe I got the bug", but nothing came of it and I remembered the tomato sauce.  I did drink water instead of coffee all day, but I wasn't in the mood to eat much.

Not eating today tends to = binge eating later, which = not good.

    Back on track tomorrow!
