It's been a very bad couple of weeks for me. I definitely fell off the wagon with my birthday (cake is too hard to pass up,) I really need to revisit my goals again....especially with spring and summer on their way.
I'm proud that I have still been cutting back pretty consistently on the soda intake.
Goals for the week: Hit the gym!
QOTW: I have been doing okay...not great, not bad either, and it showed last week at my WW meeting as I was up a pound. You will have these weeks though, it's just a little more motivation to step it up. I haven't completely fallen off the wagon however, I could be a little more careful of what I am eating. This week I am going make a conscious effort of my portion sizes. I am good with portioning out food during the week however, I am a little more lackadaisical on the weekends.
The one thing I have been especially good with (and proud of) is going to the gym. I went this morning extra early even though I had to be to work early. Gold star!

I would like to be added! I just joined a gym again and went for the first time today. Ugh I am SO out of shape!
What type of goals did you set? I have a few goals that I made. Do I share them? Give me the low down.
QOTW: How have you been doing following up on your goals that you set in the beginning of this?We started back at the gym yesterday after having skipped last week. I stopped writing in a food journal. i did that for about 2 weeks and stopped that as well last week. However, I can pretty much tell you what I 've had during the course of a day without writing it down now.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. Whoo-Hoo so far I've lost a total of 6 pounds in about 3 weeks. And somehow i even lost 2 pounds during the non-gym week.
Yesterday was the first time i ran on the treadmill. Albeit it was more of a slow jog and for only 15-30 seconds at a time, but I NEVER run...ever! I also stayed on for 20 minutes instead of just the 5 i do as a warm up for the machines. Dh was behind me on a bike and joked that he had to pick his jaw off the floor;first with me still on it after 5 minutes and then when i ran a couple of times.
Any goals for this upcoming week? More cardio and trying to do more jog/run for longer.
On a side note, I've been a big soda drinker, I'm now replacing most soda with the Chrystal light packets. There are so many flavors and at 5 calories and using 16.9 oz water everytime, it's a great way to get you h2o in for the day and cut soda calories.
QOTW: How have you been doing following up on your goals that you set in the beginning of this? To be honest I have been going downhill... I was sticking to it so religously in the beginning now I have been so stressed that it has been hard for me. I have not exercised at all and need to find time to do that
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. Even though I had some issues with eating I still lost 3 lbs.... down 7 lbs total... so I am happy about that

We all have had different goals as some of us needed to diet, some needed just exercise and some that needed both. You can share them.... I am going to ask everyone again next week and post them up by their names.... I think that may help us (me at least) keep track of things. So you can mention it this week or put it up next week.
QOTW: At the begining of the year I set a goal for myself to get up and work out before work, I've been pretty good at sticking to it. There were a few weeks were I only got it in 4 days instead of 5 but I still think that is pretty good. I usually do the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week: I guess that follows up with above, I'm proud of myself for sticking to my workouts. I've been so bad about following my weight watchers that I'm glad I at least worked out.
Goal for the upcoming week: To stick to weight watchers a little better. The past two weeks I have totally slacked off.
