Babies Update! Pics
So after a 3 hour Dr. appointment I am not too much clearer on when the
babies will be here but wanted to share the news from today!
Cambria
is 5lbs 11 oz! This is a HUGE surprise to me because she has always
been my little bean! She decided to finally eat I guess! :-)
Kaylin is 5lbs 1 oz. so after a long 34 lead on her sister she has finally slowed down.
They
are both breech and it was decided today that we will be having a
c/section. My weight gain (total of 30lbs), blood pressure(120/83), etc
were all still great. I let the Dr. know that I was concerned because
Kaylin seemed smaller than she should be, the Dr. almost fell off her
chair laughing at me! She said she was THRILLED that they were even on
the charts at all, and usually twins are around or below the 25th
percentile in size and that ours have always been consistently in the
50-60 percentile and that is based on having ONE baby! She said she
was, "very impressed" and "pleased". If I don't go into labor in the
next couple weeks they will schedule a c/section for the 1st week of
March. So as of now I go in for weekly non-stress tests and Dr.
appointments and wait to either go into labor or wait for a c/section
to be scheduled. So everything looks great! I am very proud of my girls
and how great they are growing!
