Anyone have a good pork chop recipe?
I pulled pork chops out of the freezer for dinner and have no idea what to do with them. I usually make a spicy cheesy apple pork chop but I am looking for new ideas. TIA

Spice-rubbed Pork Chops
5 pts per serving (4 servings)
Ingredients
1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp unpacked brown sugar
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
20 oz lean boneless pork chop, four 1/2-inch thick chops
1 pound green snap beans, steamed
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat broiler and coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, sugar, cumin and garlic powder. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir until paste forms.
Rub paste onto both sides of each pork chop, place on prepared pan and broil 4 minutes on each side until inside is no longer pink.
Serve with string beans drizzled with fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients:
3 TBSP olive oil, divided
4 center cut loin chops
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Directions:
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 2 TBSP olive oil and bring to temperature.
2. Generously salt and pepper one side of the pork chops. Lay that side down into pan. Drizzle bare side (which should be up) with remaining 1 TBSP olive oil. Salt and pepper, then rub in minced garlic. Sprinkle with herbs.
3. Cook 4-5 minutes on the first side, depending on thickness of the chop. Flip chop and cover pan, leaving a slight vent. Cook 6-8 minutes, depending on thickness of chop.
4. Allow to rest for two minutes
Apricot & Honey Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients
2-3 Pork chops, rinsed and dried
aprox. 1/2 - 3/4 cup Apricot preserves
aprox. 2 tbsp honey
aprox. 1/2 cup plain Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
salt
pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides and then dredge them in flour until coated on all sides. Spray a large skillet with non stick spray and put over medium-high heat. Put pork chops in skillet for about 3-5 minutes per side, or until pork chops are a light golden brown on both sides. Remove skillet from heat and put pork chops in a 13x9 baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Let rest while you make the apricot sauce.
In a small bowl, add Apricot Preserves and Honey. Cook in microwave on high for 30 seconds, remove and stir. The sauce should be warm enough to pour. Using a spoon, pour sauce on all pork chops until completely covered. A little can drizzle down the sides. On top of apricot sauce, sprinkle some Panko bread crumbs and lightly "push" them into the preserves. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for aprox. 20-25 minutes or until the inside of the chop is a very light pink.
Very simple and yummy:?
Stuff with Feta cheese and sprinkle outside with Greek seasonings
We usually grill them, but I've also cooked them in the toaster oven.?
Wow these sound amazing. Now it is going to be hard to pick which one to try tonight.
Thanks everyone.
