Business review website?
Any recommendation beside yelp and BBB? I have a really bad experience with this salon/ spa. I bought 6 package treatment and only able to use 4, due to bad service I don't want to continue the other 2 and will lost $130. Examples:
1) First treatment appt was at 9 AM, came in at 9AM and no one was there. Turned out the person that suppose to open the salon was sick. The owner came in at 10AM. Only said "sorry" with no real empathy/ remorse and proceed to act as nothing happened after I waited outside her door for 1 hour.
2) On my third treatment, I double checked with the owner how many more treatments I have left. She said I only have 1 left and she lost my old record and assumed that I only have 1 more. I had to go find my original receipt and prove her that I still have 3 left. And it took her 2 weeks to respond back to my case
3) My fourth treatment is scheduled this Friday, on Tuesday she called and said she double booked- I need to reschedule to Thursday. I had to leave office early due to this. Came in at the salon and no one was even there, locked with no lights at 330PM. The business hour at the door stated open from 11-7PM
I am at wit's end with this business. She is very rude and flaky.
Sorry for the long vent, I am still annoyed at her behaviour due to recent incident

BBB grades can be purchased and disuputes can be resolved by paying the BBB off. I know because I used to do this for my employer. Such a crock.
Ladies, thanks for the suggestion. The place is Envy Day Spa/ Bareskin in Mission Viejo. I purchased the treatment with my credit card and I have contacted the credit card company to dispute the service so we'll see how it goes.
Since I am not going back there again, any suggestion for a good waxing place in South OC?
