Meatloaf
I'm not super crazy about meatloaf, so I've never made one. But, that's what the H wants for dinner. Before I go googling, anyone have a good recipe to share?

I had never had meatloaf, until I met my husband, who is a big fan. I always felt like meatloaf was something found in a cafeteria. Anyway, ?I found an amazing recipe, and now it's one of my favorite things to eat for dinner! ?It's from allrecipes.com

Similar to soon2be, I make my own concoction - usually the 3 ground meats, an egg, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, locatelli cheese.
I LOVE meatloaf!!!!
