Pork loin

I've never made it.  What's the easiest way?

 Crockpot maybe?

I have a lot of cheese, eggs, and cauliflower to use too.

Re: Pork loin

  • this is my usual recipe for pork loin, and it's a big hit around here.

you can also cover it in bbq sauce, put it in the crock pot on low all day,  and shred it with two forks when it's done.  serve it on some good, soft buns with some corn and potato salad.  mmm.

  • Omg I can do that!!!  I have bbq sauce (no buns but I do have tortillas)

  • okay, an update.  last night's dinner was FAB.  it was seriously tasty, and i can't wait to make it again.  it was that good.

here's the recipe.  give it a try!  it was easy.

  • I found turkey tenderloin the other day and was super excited (trying not to eat pork or beef for enviro reasons).  I baked it in the oven and it was yum.
