I have 4 oz mascarpone in the fridge that I need to use asap. Do you have a recipe (besides the snickerdoodle) that uses mascarpone with other regular, common ingredients? My goal is to make something w/o having to go to the store.

give ssinca's recipe a shot! i'm going to try it tonight and just bought the mascarpone to use in it.
and then i'll be looking for recipes as well, because i couldn't find anything less than 8 oz. of the stuff.
trust me, you won't be disappointed with the 'doodles.
