This is absolutely gross

If I had just quit smoking when I tried to a few months ago, these would be my statistics.

I have been quit for 4 Months, 2 Weeks, 23 hours, 36 minutes and 19 seconds (137 days). I have saved $413.94 by not smoking 1,655 cigarettes. I have saved 5 Days, 17 hours and 55 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 10/5/2008 11:30 AM

Coulda woulda shoulda I guess.

  • this is what I don't get - you are such a penny-pincher.  I can't imagine you shelling out $5 (or whatever it is these days) on a pack of cancer sticks.

    that's like 10 big macs!

  • I think you should put the money you normally spend on cigs in a jar . . . and at the end of the month buy yourself something nice with the money.
  • you can do it, d!  i like winnie's idea.

not to mention, smoking is just fucking_gross, dude.  you're better than that.

but when you DO get those stats, can you not use "i have been quit"?  it just sounds terrible.   Big Smile');" title="Big Smile - Big Smile">image

  • Don't look back to make yourself feel bad - just do it so you can learn from your past actions. And keep moving forward!!
  • I remember you posting on SparkPeople the last time you were going to quit.  You said you would make yourself accountable.  I have thought a couple of times, I wonder if she is still not smoking.  If you wish, I (and others) can ask you so you will know people will be checking up on you to make sure you are still done smoking.  You just need to stop and never go there again.  It's disgusting, expensive and it will ruin your skin.

    Signed,
Yet another person who has never met you but really wants you to quit.
