Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Our House :)
So, we had the home inspection Monday - went very well as previously stated. We had the septic inspection today... not so well. The whole tank needs replaced. Luckily, the homeowner didn't even wait for us to ask for them to fix it - he went and got permits today, and informed us the tank will be replaced early next week. How awesome?! Their agent said they were so afraid we'd walk. What they don't know is that we are so in love with this house, we didn't want this to be the reason we'd walk away from it and were willing to even go halfs on replacing the tank, but they didn't wait to find that out! So, we lucked out.
So that's a new roof, vinyl siding, septic tank, well pump, kitchen, bathroom, and carpet.
Things happen for a reason, so I'm soooooooo glad that we finally found a house we love
