Can you post that cream cheese frosting recipe? It was soooooo good, and I ALWAYS prefer cake to frosting!

Sure!
I whipped up one stick of butter, and two packages of cream cheese (16 oz total) together (used the whipping beater on KMSM) until nice and fluffy and then whipped in about a 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of maple syrup (to taste). You can add more sugar or maple if you like it sweeter! That was enough to 24 mini cupcakes, and then I made H a 8 inch single layer carrot cake with the rest.
