  • How do you feel about spices?

My mom always uses ground beef to make a traditional Indian dish called keema curry. Heat oil in a pan. Dice up an onion and a potato. Add some red chili powder, ground coriander, cumin and pinch of tumeric to taste. Combine well and cook over moderate heat until the potatoes start to soften up a bit. Add the ground beef and season with salt. Cook until the potatoes and beef are cooked through. You could also add in some frozen peas and carrots towards the end if you have any on hand. Serve over rice.

  • Starlily - we love spices but I'm short on potatoes and carrots but I'll definitely keep that recipe in mind. We love indian food!

I think I might try doing chili...I'm not a huge ground beef fan but it was all we had and I'm too lazy to go to the grocery store after work today.

  • I am a lazy person so I always end up doing spaghetti or sloppy joes with ground beef.?

Um, can I invite myself over for dinner?
