What is for dinner tonight?
I think I'm going to make bistek (pronounced biss-take) with white rice and brocolli. ?It's just lime or lemon juice, beef sirloin cut up, soy sauce, pepper, garlic, and onion.?

i'm doing chicken cordon bleu with mashed potatoes and some kind of veggies.
and i'm about to start mixing up some cookie dough. ?chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips. ?yum!?

THe hardest part for me will be slicing the meat, I hate doing that. ?So gross. ?

I always make H deal with cutting up red meat, I cant do it for some reason...I forced myself to get over my raw chicken issues but cant seem to deal with red meat
