so...
I work w/two other girls. One is older than me (around 40 or so) & the other one is closer to my age. I try to be nice. I make small talk & say good morning blah, blah, blah & these biitches are annoying me now.
Either they don't say it back or they decide that today is the day they want to have a conversation.
Needless to say I want to punch them right now. We ran out of paper in our dept & the older one printed something over here (she knew we were out). So of course she proclaims "oh so is somebody going to get paper or are we just going to stare at this all day?!" like wtf go get the paper if you're so damn worried.
This is why I usually hate & don't get along w/other girls. DRAMA.

then! then! they have these damn beta fish in the office. There use to be 3 girls but one quit so they put her fish at my desk. Which is fine. I feed him, tell him he's pretty, we're both happy. But then they make comments about his water being dirty. uhhhh not my fish lady. I'm not cleaning that stinky thing. half of the day they're playing w/the hamster they bought for the office. Yes, because we need a hamster.
ugh. I'm more upset/pissed because I applied for another job & didn't get it. The medical coverage for family SUCKS here & on top of that we recieved an email from the president letting us know that they're going to lease out some of their property. Of course that doesn't mean they're shutting stores down because they're never lied to us about NOT closing down stores. This store is actually doing awesome w/sales but what happens when we stop selling? oy.
I'm just stressed. Now i'm treating this post like my diary or something.

Ugh. I'm sorry. Nothing is worse than bitchy co-workers. They just make the whole work thing, that already sucks, even worse. Maybe they'll relax with you the more they get to know you.
Sorry you didn't get the other job, hopefully something more stable with better benifits will come along soon.
I thought you weren't supposed to change the water of Beta fish? Or maybe I'm wrong.
Melinda : I have no idea. The last time I changed fish water they (goldfish) all went belly up.
