Cabbage Patch Kids ... (I remember I wanted a Preemie Doll so much and my Grandmother got one for me,,, they were so hard to get. Come to find out many years later that she bought it out of someone's basement and she thinks that they may have been stolen! My grandmother is very religous and would normally never do anything like that but I guess she loves me more!)

I did NOT like the "My Buddy" and "Kid Sister" dolls... they reminded me of Chucky and when I would babysit I would lock those dolls up in the closet!

I loved Strawberry Shortcake too. In fact, I still have my original dolls...and they still smell! My 3 year old niece loves playing with them.

Before 5 years, it was match box cars. I had the nice real metal ones and then eventually sold them at a yard sale...which sucks because they are now worth $$. Plus my Dh would probably like them. Otherwise it was pretty much Barbie all the way. i was a big Barbie girl Tons of the dolls and clothes. Now, I really want to sell them..many are still in the org. boxes and are collector editions, but no one pays more than a couple bucks for them. I also used my roller skates a lot. I would take by boom box down to the garage and roller skate all around it, trying to do tricks and not crack my head open.

Alphie! Did anyone have one of these? I loved it.

I also had a Big Bird doll that you put a casette tape in his butt and he would "talk" along with the soundtrack. Awesome!
