But, it is true. I have not spoken of it here because there was so much of our hearts involved it was not for public consumption. A 2 year custody battle has ended, DH is in NYC on Fathers day to pick up his youngest son and bring him back to NOLA, not for a day, or a week but forever. my heart is so full I think I might burst. I will be asking for prayers and positive energy from all. This is a day I never let myself dream might happen, yet here it is....
I am Happy and Thrilled and Scared... All at the same time.

As a child of a blended family, I would strongly suggest some type of therapy (if he's old enough). It really helped when we went right after my parents remarried. It helped us form a great relationship with my Step-mom!
