Resume Question
I am a teacher and am looking for a new job closer to home. I have been working on updating my resume as well as my profiles on monster and njhire. Here's my question: I changed my name a few months ago after I got married but my certification and college transcripts are under my maiden name. I didn't hypenate or keep my maiden as my middle so I'm wondering if putting my married name on my resume is going to be a problem?
I'm pretty sure it's pronounced your mom's a moron and if you didn't have your name legally changed by the age of 22, so are you. Unless you're from another continent. -Groomz

Maybe put your last name in parenthesis before your last name.
You should be able to request that your transcripts and certs be updated to include your new last name. For my transcripts I just went onto my school's transcript website and had to fill out a form and mail in a copy of our wedding certificate.
