Incase anyone is interested I've found an awesome face scrub. Before Christmas my face had been breaking out like crazy (because of the hormones) and my doctor suggested I not use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid if possible.
So I went for a facial at Christmas and she recommended I just wash with my normal face soap (Dove) but also add a face scrub. So I've been using Peter Thomas Roth's Botanical Buffing Beads since then and haven't had a single zit until now. So I highly recommend this scrub pregnant or not!

Re: Awesome face scrub
I was having the same problem, and my ob recommended I use a face wash by Remede. Has done wonders for my skin. Blair even noticed. It's a little expensive and I told him I felt guilty about that but he said it was definitely worth it.
Also, if you do have a zit, Mario Badescue makes this clay and it doesn't contain any of the acids we are supposed to stay away from while pregnant. You dab on at night and it is significantly reduced in the morning. And the best part is it is only $12.50.
The scrub was a little expensive but it's a big bottle and I agree totally worth it. When you find something that works sometimes you have splurg. I'm going to have to look into the Mario Badescue clay! Thanks!
Here's the stuff I was talking about. It's called drying cream, but it's really a clay:
