Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. So, there's no way I can go to the gym before work because I just can't get up as early as I would need to. BUT I do have time to do a short workout in the morning at or near my house.
So today I got up early and went for a 2 mile walk. It was going to be a run, but it was a brisk walk at a good pace, instead. Not need to push it too far. 
I'm feeling a little better about myself.

Yay, that's awesome! Something must be in the air because my husband did the exact same thing this morning...but for him this was the first time ever.
