  I've heard fantastic things about it....I've been meaning to get one b/c my allergies are so bad.  Let me know if you like it!

  If you are super stuffed up it won't work.  You'll need to really get as much out as possible.  My sister swears by them, but she's also a tad off occasionally.

  I have one and use it often.  I was a little iffy about buying one for a long time.  If I start to feel a head ache coming on I "do my neti pot" and I'm all better.  I got one for the hubbie and now he stopped snoring!  (therefore I love it)

  I have a saline rinse, which is the same thing - they were out of netty pots when I bought one. You just have to clear out your nose before you use it. So if your sinus infection is already in full force, it may not help. It's great for seasonal allergies though. I just need to get better about using mine.

  i tried it and i   could not get the water to come back out my opposite nostril!  i think i was way to clogged up from allergies.  i got a script for flonase and some over the counter  zyrtec and that did the job much better
