Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm About Ready to Scream
I'm home sick today and we are having a Brinks security system installed today as well. They were supposed to be here yesterday but cancelled on Sunday because of the snow. Then they showed up 2.5 hours late after telling my husband they didn't know if they could send someone out today because they were back up from being off on Monday. Really?
So the guy finally comes at 11 and tells my husband that it will take 4 hours to install everything. It's closing in on 5 o'clock and he can't get the system to connect with Brinks HQ or whatever. I haven't been out of the room all day because I'm a sick mess and no one should be subjected to me besides my husband. But I'm getting cabin fever in the worst way and want this guy to leave already...mostly so I can watch the big TV in the family room.
Hurray up!!
