This is probably a long shot, since I'm thinking your too busy w/ your beautiful little girls to nest much, but..
I bought a Moby Wrap (baby carrier) for L when the pouch wasn't cutting it. It came today and L is happily asleep in it while I have two free hands (totally amazing). Don't know if you're interested in babywearing, but flipping through the instruction booklet and seeing the two twin holds made me think of you and your girls:
