Pork Loin Chops w/Cinnamon Apples
I made this meal for dinner last night. I cleaned and sprayed a sweet potato with a little non-stick spray, wrapped it in tinfoil and threw it in the oven for about an hour and a half until it was nearly done. THEN started this recipe, which was surprisingly quick (not QUITE as quick as the recipe says). As Greg was halfway through, he asked "When are we having this again?!"
