**Anyone interested in taking the check-in over??  I would like to continue it but the babies have been up more and more and I don't have near the amount of time available for the computer.  I would really appreciate it!

    Last week I went to the gym 3 times and ran almost 2 miles each time.

    Any goals for this upcoming week? Get to the gym at least 2 times and run at least 2 miles each time.  I did 2.25 miles last night :o)

    Sara - Can you add my LT Goal of training for a 5k Run?

    Any goals for this upcoming week? my goal is to make sure I get to the gym the rest of this week because we are on vacation and renovating and I don't want to forget about going to the gym

    Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I went to the gym on Saturday!  Also, I was down 3lbs this weeks at WW - a happy surprise!

    Any goals for this upcoming week? Continue going to the gym - I start a new class tomorrow to mix things up some - and tracking what I eat.

  • QOTW: What is your favorite Healthy Snack?  Jello pudding cups 60 calories or jello cups with fruit-30 calories

    Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I have to say, not much. First i was sick, then Dh was. The last couple of weeks haven't been very good for going to the gym. Dh is still quite sick so hopefully we can start back next week.

    Any goals for this upcoming week? Just getting back tot he gym and watching what I'm eating. I've been a bit lax with the muching.

  • QOTW: A new favorite of mine are the Fig Newton fruit crisps (100 cal. bars), I also like veggie sticks with low-fat blue cheese dressing (it has to be Ken's brand), or fruit.

    One thing you are proud of: I think I should just leave this blank--I was bad. But I did get up to work out before work every day.

    Goals for the upcoming week: To track my food. I've been very relaxed about it the past 2 weeks.

  • QOTW: What is your favorite Healthy Snack?   I am really into oranges lately

  • I'm very very late!

    QOTW: that's tough, I really like luna bars but now that I know stonyfield greek yogurt (with honey of course) is 25% of my dv of protein... I'm hooked. I also like any kind of vegetable, esp broccoli.

    past week achievement: I got a new job! and stayed away from chocolate. that's about it, because the drama over the new job has kept me from the gym.

    this week: I really really need to get to the gym, but I went to karate thursday and haven't done that in a while. oh also - I am going to try to do more karate at home since I will need the practice if I'm going to be testing this cycle.
