Morning!
We're back from Atlantic City! We broke even on gambling, but had lots of good food. Only got one beach day due to rain, but hey! We're good travelers together - I noticed that on our honeymoon.
I henna'd my hair! I really like it. I'm a real redhead now. The process wasn't as bad as I was imaging, but had I not read and watched youtube to understand how to do it, I would've been overwhelmed. Now I can keep my red hair without paying out the nose. Huzzah!

I am glad you had fun this weekend! And I want to see this red hair. Did you just do a small piece or dive right in for the whole head?
I seemed to have caught H's "just allergies" it's not a terrible cold but it has just wiped my energy. I slept till 8 yesterday and today which is crazy talk for me. and I could take a nap right now.
Good Morning Gals! I had a good weekend. My mom spent most of the weekend with us. My dad was out of town on a motorcycle trip. We had a good time. She got to meet my niece so she was excited. She loves babies and treats them like they are her grandkids, haha! We also went to a HS graduation party. It was good to see family again.
Joy: Sounds like you had an awesome time. I have never been to AC but I have heard good things. Did you guys see a show?
Aggie: Boo being sick! Hope you feel better soon.
I did a strand test, Aggie. It came out a nice, red color so I did my whole head. I'm obsessing this morning that it looks orange, however. Grr.
No worries, though - I bought red and an auburn color. I was originally going to mix them, but went for only red. If I don't like the color in a few days, I'll do the auburn over it.
Hello! We had a pretty nice weekend. I worked, but it wasn't too terrible. Saturday after I went to Church we went up to the mall and walked around. I got a free panty from VS. Can't beat that!
Yesterday after I got out of work we went to Williamsport. They have this Uptown Music Collective, which is like a workshop/school for kids to start bands, and they were having a free concert series in this one park in a big band shell. It was really neat. We saw one bad that was all younger kids, like from 8-11 probably, and they were SO good! We wanted them to just keep playing. It was a lot of fun.
Joy - Glad you had a good time in AC! Also, we need to see a picture of your hair!
Aggie - Sorry to hear you're sick. Hopefully it'll pass soon!
Degrea - Sounds like you had a nice weekend with your mom!

I called them Friday and told them about my crazy anxiety about the procedure, and they said I could choose to have nitrous oxide gas. Soooo probably I'll just do that. It's not covered on my insurance for this, but I think it's totally worth it. Right?! Am I just being a big baby about this whole thing?

Okay... here it goes.
Lighting makes all the difference in the world, by the way. In my bathroom, it's this coppery color but in the evening last night, it was more red. I'm going to give it a few days, stop obsessing, and see what happens.
JLQ: Did they tell you how long the procedure will take? I have had two root canals in my life and they really aren't that bad. My guess is the whole procedure will take an hour and 15 minutes of that is waiting for the Novocaine to kick in. What scares you the most? What other procedures have you had done at the dentist?
Joy: I am going to have to get on my phone to see your hair. The silly pic won't show up on my work computer.
Joy - love the hair and glad you had fun in AC! Whenever anyone mentions AC, I always think of the episode of Sex and the City when they go. Charlotte tarts it up and its funny.

Degrea - sounds like a great weekend
I had a relaxing weekend which was nice after the stressful week. I got really sunburned on Saturday so I'm nice and pink. Tomorrow I have the follow up with my doc about my MRI. Hopefully he has answers. DH and I are also going to the JayZ and JT concert tomorrow night. It'll be a LONG day tomorrow and then on Wednesday. Should be fun though!
