My Poor Girl-Maybe TMI

We had a doctor appointment today that I set up last night because over the last couple weeks I have noticed some irritation on her lady bits and then now some discharge and she didn't want to wear a diaper at all yesterday. She screams if you try to wipe her.
Well it turns out she has a yeast infection. We fought a yeast infection diaper rash from September to February. Now her doc said this is the next version of the same thing. He also said there is pretty much nothing I can do to prevent them and she is just prone to getting them. I feel terrible for her and wish there was more I could do. Hopefully she grows out of them when she gets potty trained.

I dropped off a prescription for Nystatin drops and a cream to put on her diaper area. Hopefully they start to help instantly. He also said to rinse her with water after every diaper change.
