Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Do any of you ladies have any experience with care.com or sittercity? Are there any other options that you know of?
We do not have many local options for babysitters, and I would like to try to find 1-2 sitters that I can count on so that we are not always using my MIL.

I've heard of friends using sittercity and having a good experience, but I haven't used either site. We've so far avoided needing a real sitter by trading sitting time with friends or only going out when
